With movement medicine, you can confront obstacles in a safe space as you dance towards a healthier, happier, more peaceful life.
Many of us with past trauma suffer from exhaustion, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. This can make us quick to agitation, have trust issues, and or feel unsettled when close to others. Healing through movement addresses these obstacles while also giving us the chance to invite in moments of spontaneous joy.

I’m Mandi Lopez, a movement medicine coach who uses ballroom dancing infused with yoga, breath work, emotional regulation tools, and energy work to help clients overcome past issues and curate a more joyful life.
